So I finally got my hands on these - yay!! I've been telling myself that I don't need any more neutral eyeshadows since I really don't use them too much, and they all pretty much give the same effect anyways (not really!!), but I gave in after finding them for less than $2 each at Walgreens during my trip to the States. And can I just say that all the positive reviews from bloggers and vloggers everywhere are true, true, true??? I guess there isn't much else I can contribute to the hype, but say that they are honestly so creamy and pigmented for the amount of shimmer they also have (which also doesn't look cheap btw). Of course, they are so perfect for everyday neutral and smokey neutral eye looks.
Walking on Eggshells

These shadows all seem to have the same creamy, sheen-like finish. The colours actually blend in really well with my skintone, so they are actually a lot more pigmented than they look here! The browbone colour is slightly more yellow toned while the eyelid colour is more pinky. I think the latter would make perfect inner eye corner highlights as well! The middle shade is a mid-toned brown that isn't too dark for everyday.
Unfortunately, these shadows crack quite easily - maybe because of the amount of pigment? Anyways, I dropped mine on a table and as you can see, the top shadow is missing a corner now.
Silent Treatment

The first color is a shimmery pinky champagne colour, which is unfortunately not showing up as much here as it does in real life, I assure you! It is slightly more pinky than the eyelid colour from Walking on Eggshells. The middle shadow is a dark, cool-toned brown which seems to have a slightly different texture than the rest. The finish is less of a sheen but has more gold sparkles to it, but it's still no way from being chunky. The last colour is probably my favourite, and it perfectly demonstrates the amount of pigmentation that all the other colours also have!
Yay I can't wait to try them out and possibly do look on them!! I also just remembered that I have these in Cool as a Cucumber and I Got Good Jeans as well, except I don't use them a lot because of the bright colours. I might do a swatch & review of them soon though.
